Opportunity Overview:

We are currently searching for a Project Manager in our Cranberry Township location. The Project Manager will support the AP1000 Delivery Stream team as it executes large scale procurement contracts. Typical assignments will require using project management principals to resolve emergent issues as they arise.

 

What your day-to-day looks like:

 

Procurement Management

• Manage a database of emergent projects to ensure properly resourced.
• Work with stakeholders to drive projects to completion based on prioritization.
• Maintain schedule of all items and escalate issues as they arise.
• Create Agendas and Lead Project Kick-Off meetings with stakeholders

 

Supplier Development & Management

• Drive/Support Purchase Order (PO) Change Notices (as needed).
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings (e.g., bi-weekly, weekly, etc.) with Supplier, Westinghouse, Customer, as required.
• Hold pre-job briefs and/or kick-off meetings for important/critical PO manufacturing activities.

 

What we’d like to see from you:    

•  BS Degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline;
• Intermediate MSExcel skills: pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.;
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, PRIME, and SAP;
• Strong Communication Skills;
• Ability to work Independently;
• Strong organizational skills;
• US Citizenship REQUIRED.
