Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive impression of The Riley Center by cleaning and maintaining the facility and assisting guests as deemed appropriate. This position is expected to work with all employees of The Riley Center to maintain a superior level of guest service, as well as cleanliness of hotel rooms and event conference rooms. This position will be required to work 25-28 hours per week. Applicants should have a flexible schedule, being able to work during the day, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. This position will report directly to the Riley Center General Manager.

  • Clean guest rooms in a timely manner

  • Receive the list of rooms to clean daily from the front desk

  • Make sure all stayover rooms are cleaned to SWBTS standards

  • Take out all trash/closing and locking all doors when finished

  • Provide the best service when speaking with guests/ or in the presence of staff and Faulty

  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction/cleanliness of room

  • Welcome all visitors of the Riley Center and provide information regarding room locations, conference information, and SWBTS campus information.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
