Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Core Infrastructure Modernisation Program for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will join the Engagement and Readiness Stream to support the Change team in supporting technology teams prepare for core infrastructure changes.

You will be a valued member of the IT Business Analysis Practice, while working day to day within our Core Modernisation Program.

About you

• Experience in delivering business analysis for large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.

• Strong ITIL knowledge and experience.

• Extensive experience with business process mapping, analysis and business scenario verification.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrable ability to explain technical content, write knowledge articles and communicate with clarity and efficiency.

• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders.

• Experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards - desirable

• Knowledgeable in the infrastructure and networking domain.

• Be an energetic strategic thinker with considerable attention to detail.

• Have a curious and accountable mindset.

• Experienced with Jira and Confluence.

• IIBA Certified - CBAP (preferred).
