Performance Marketing Specialist

On behalf of our client, an innovative digital agency that provides Digital advertising and e-commerce solutions to its clients that operates in various sectors but mainly in fashion industry, we are currently looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist, to join its dynamic team.

A day in the life of a ‘Performance Marketing Specialist’

You will be responsible for all digital marketing projects, creating, monitoring and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook and other platforms and actively engaging with the client/business to reach the campaign goals and increase the return on investment.

Your day-to-day

• Create, develop, measure and analyze digital campaigns in Google Ads, Social Media Ads & E-mail Marketing
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics
• Understanding of marketing performance KPI’s and metrics
• Competition & Market analysis
• Keyword discovery, analysis and optimization for PPC and SEO campaigns
• Create and develop a strategic plan based on the client’s goals and objectives
• Manage client relationship and expectations
• Work in a team to deliver results

Requirements

• Academic Studies in Marketing, Business Administration or Similar
• Deep understanding of Digital Campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and tools such Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc. either from working in a Digital Marketing department or from personal projects and seminars
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Familiar with the latest trends in Social Media
• Proficient knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads Certifications will be considered as a plus
