About the Role:
Responsible for evaluating credit quality data, performing quality assurance ("QA") reviews, working with various teams to identify issues, recommend improvements, and help maintain established standards of accuracy and efficiency involving commercial finance processes, transactions, and reports.
What You Will Do:
- Review commercial finance processes, procedures, and transactions to ensure they comply with both internal and external standards.
- Perform quality assurance tests and reviews of credit risk and performance data, documentation, commercial finance processes and reporting to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and generate detailed reports that highlight trends, findings, and recommendations for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of issues, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluate documents, including reports, contracts, and agreements, for accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on findings, data analysis, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all commercial finance activities align with relevant regulatory and organizational standards, including financial reporting and data privacy laws.
- Assist in training team members or other staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Identify potential risks to business operations and work with teams to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range: $50,000 – $84,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
