Implementation Project Manager

What does a successful Implementation Project Manager do at Fiserv?

Ready to make an impact in your career? In this role, you'll work with cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of implementation projects from initiation to closure. In managing multiple concurrent projects, you'll implement and convert large-scale, closed-loop gift card programs for both new and existing Fiserv clients. Your work will drive revenue realization (time-to-revenue) for the Prepaid organization at Fiserv and exceed clients' expectations.

What you will do:

• Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed
• Drive project and program schedule, risk and issue management, and scope change management
• Facilitate, manage, and provide clear and concise project communications to stakeholders, clients, and project teams
• Provide management with continual updates on project status
• Drive revenue realization by decreasing implementations times for projects
• Hone a solid knowledge of all Closed Loop Prepaid (Gift Card) products and functionality
• Deliver projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction

What you will need have:

• 5+ years of project management, implementation, or related work experience at an enterprise level
• 5+ years of experience in project management and client management
• Experience in cards and payments, IT/IS, and/or eCommerce
• Experience managing accounts valued over $1 million
• High school diploma or GED

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with CRMs or customer service management
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, Confluence, or MS Project
• Experience in the fintech domain
