How do we best organise operating models? What are the strategic considerations behind our new acquisitions?</p><p></p><h1><b>Your role</b></h1><ul><li><p>Take charge of projects and act as a challenging partner in problem-solving.</p></li><li><p>Identify and understand the key drivers of business challenges.</p></li><li><p>Develop clear project approaches and define the scope of tasks.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and lead project teams, consisting of cross-functional members and external consultants.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, including the Executive Board, and present your recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct necessary analyses and derive data-driven recommendations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Your profile</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>A degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or business administration </span><span>or a combination</span></p></li><li><p><span>At least 4 years at one of the leading management consultancies, corporate strategy or other fast-paced strategy roles leading project teams </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong problem solving skills, results-orientation, project management, and communication skills </span></p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking </span></p></li><li><p><span>Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams and passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies </span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent English skills, German is a plus</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>​<span>Become part of the fast, dynamic team and actively shape the future of our corporate strategy at ZEISS through effective strategy projects!</span></p><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Carina-Rachele Germano
