With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products in the market.</p><p>As a part of the Client Services organization, Technology Implementations provides project management around implementation and modification of VisaNet endpoints, and connections into Visa network for Clients. Areas of focus include IT Infrastructure and cloud solutions.</p><p>This role is an individual contributor, responsible for managing moderate to complex infrastructure-related projects, along with applying independent judgment in resolving issues, managing escalations and making recommendations. Primary responsibilities include providing project management support to Visanet clients, consultative role during pre-project engagements, partnering with Technology and Product on defining solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p>As a Technical Project Manager your main responsibility will be:</p><ul><li>Provide project management support to Visa clients (financial institutions and processors) operating in the EU region, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Manage a wide variety of project initiatives, primarily around IT infrastructure, using project management best practices and skills.</li><li>Cooperate directly with clients to understand their setup requirements, facilitate new requirements around installations, conversions and maintenance requests without operational impact.</li><li>Provide consultation sessions to clients and internal implementation teams and act as the subject matter expert for the connectivity products supported.</li><li>Coordinate efforts with other internal and external project resources to ensure deliverables and commitments are met.</li><li>Work closely with Visa’s technology and product teams to understand new business initiatives, as well as impact on current and new client projects.</li><li>Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness, and increased customer satisfaction.</li><li>Build and enhance positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, issues logs in support of client projects and/or initiatives. Apply Visa processes and approaches to be in line with client requirements.</li><li>Manage internal and external project communications (meeting minutes, dashboards, etc.), providing regular and consistent updates to appropriate parties.</li><li>Report on client project accomplishments and deliverables to management and different stakeholders.</li><li>This position may require off scheduled work including late evenings / weekends in support of client and company configuration changes and associated post-production validation. </li></ul><p>This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>• Work experience as a Project Manager/Service Manager/Implementation Manager with IT related projects, preferably infrastructure or cloud computing.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication or equivalent preferred.</p><p>• Project management skills.</p><p>• Knowledge and understanding concepts of networking with client-server architecture, cloud computing will be a plus.</p><p>• Knowledge of
