Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.
Location: This position will hybrid between remote and on-site work. Candidates must reside in the Eugene, OR area.
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM
Compensation: Starts at $18.00 / Hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position
Employment Requirements:
- Background Check
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Maintenence: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist with employee onboarding processes.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit inquiries, assess employee benefit eligibility, process benefit enrollments, and ensure compliance with employee benefit programs.
- Leave Administration: Assist with tracking of employee leaves of absence and compliance with documentation.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with video conferencing through Teams or Zoom.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
