Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of a high-performing dealership
• Hire, train, motivate, and coach new and pre-owned vehicle sales teams
• Drive and exceed aggressive monthly and annual sales goals
• Partner with the General Manager on sales promotions, advertising, and inventory strategy
• Design and implement impactful training and morale-boosting initiatives
• Monitor local market trends, competition, and customer behavior to stay ahead

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in the automotive dealership industry
• Proven leadership skills in high-volume, customer-focused environments
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and a solution-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and hair follicle drug test
