School of the Incarnation is seeking qualified candidates for the Donor Database Coordinator position. This position is temporary as needed during the current capital campaign. This position is responsible for the recording and acknowledgement of the organization's donor data and donations using the Little Green Light software package as well as coordinating data downloads and management. This position works closely with the development and Finance teams. Primarily, they ensure efficiency and timeless in processing donor information and donations using best practice techniques to maintain optimal data integrity. This position plays a key role in maintaining the Little Green Light system integrity and maintaining donor communication and satisfaction through timely donor acknowledgement.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees management of confidential, computerized records of financial and in-kind donors, their giving histories, and other personal information.
- Acquire a high-level knowledge of Little Green Light.
- Pull data/documentation and prepare data files and import for electronic donations if needed.
- Conducts systems tuning, performance monitoring, and database maintenance.
- Communications with direct mail firm.
- Generate and provide data files for either solicitation or suppression of donors.
- Produce reports for each campaign
- Troubleshoot problems, improve overall processes and ensure deadlines can be met even during periods of heavy gift volume.
- Establish new fundraising reports and adapt ongoing reports to track giving levels. Renewal rates, pledge collection deadlines, recurring gifts, and other data for ongoing and campaign donors.
- Assist Finance with executing a monthly reconciliation of Little Green Light with General ledger.
- As workflow and time allows, assist Advancement team fundraising efforts with various special events and cause marketing as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
- Two (2) years of college-level education or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize information and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite
- Experience with a donor management system (Little Green Light preferred).
Range: $16.00 to 20.00/hourly
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
