And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches.<h2>About the role</h2> <p>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architect, who will play a key role in the development and operating of the Architecture Community of Practice and our modern Architecture Ways of Working, establishing a true “Architecture as a Strategy” culture and mindset. They will drive change activity across the enterprise’s technology and process landscape and will proactively lead the alignment of the IT and Business Strategy.</p> <p>The role will have a 360-degree view across our technology landscape and will work collaboratively with Product Stream Architects, Product Managers and Engineers to ensure we surface the right data about our architecture that drives better decision making, technology choices and reduces technical debt.</p> <p> </p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>The role will act as a key transformation agent for Reckitt. She/he will be a driving force embedding our new product centric operating model, empowering Product Stream Architects with the tools, artefacts, support network and ways of working to minimise unnecessary architecture handoffs.</li> <li>She/he should be highly motivated with excellent analysis, execution, and communication skills.</li> <li>In collaboration with Product Stream Architects and peer Enterprise Architects they will model Architecture viewpoints that support the definition and delivery of North Star Architectures.</li> <li>Be a core member of the Architecture Community of Practice contributing to the adoption of our Architecture as a Strategy approach and delivery of good governance and standards that enables and accelerates Product delivery, adoption and value extraction.</li> <li>Partner with the Global Cyber Security function to ensure that security architecture is embedded into all areas of the Enterprise Architecture Ways of Working.</li> <li>Bring an agile mindset to support a modern Architecture approach to solving complex business problems and digital transformation.</li> </ul><h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <ul> <li>Experience as Architect and subject matter expert within a Technology or Business domain.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the technologies and architectures associated with digitally transformation.</li> <li>Pragmatic approach with good understanding of how to manage constraints and conflicting priorities.</li> <li>A strong influencer, communicator and storyteller.</li> <li>Good understanding of architectural approaches, models and frameworks, such as TOGAF, with a proven track record of producing enterprise level technology artefacts to support business and technology design decisions.</li> <li>Strong Technology expertise in Core IT domains or relevant Functional domains.</li> <li>Good communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical information simple and accessible for non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Experience in the creation, management and driving the adoption of enterprise reference architecture.</li> <li>Experience with architecture governance, design authority processes, and overall solution design management processes.</li> <li>Experience with modern tools, techniques and technologies in support of enterprise scale digital transformation management.</li> <li>Good influencing and storytelling skills.</li> <li>Commercially astute.</li> <li>Able to deal with ambiguity.</li> </ul><h2>The skills for success</h2> <p>Enterprise Architecture, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfolio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Manageme
