What does an Unattended Retail Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this position, you'll serve as the connection between the Unattended Retail Operations & Sales Teams in your region. Your duties will include overseeing the financial performance of your assigned location(s), leading a team of drivers, and overseeing the recruitment, training, assessment, and growth of your team members. Your goal will be to facilitate the successful and profitable distribution of our delicious products to our customers and consumers.
Job details: Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the profitable & efficient distribution of product.
• Adhere to delivery standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage drivers within a specific territory.
• Manage team labor schedule and hours worked.
• Establish and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience using MS Office applications; Excel, Power Point
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Experience in supervisory position preferred
