<p> </p> <hr> <p>This role follows a <strong>Night</strong> <strong>shift </strong>schedule, working hours are <strong>7:30 PM - 6:30 AM </strong>with designated days off on <strong>Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.</strong></p> <hr> <p>The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for supporting the food safety and quality control function within the company. The role includes a combination of supervision and active participation in the tasks to ensure that all products are safe, consistent, of the highest quality, and meet all requirements.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Detailed Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><strong><em>Reporting & Planning</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Assign daily and weekly responsibilities for FSQA Techs, Leads, and Sanitors, making sure there are appropriate resources to cover all activities</li> <li>Assist FSQA Superintendent with development of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual schedules.</li> <li>Create FSQA Supervisor Recap; document any issues and work with the FSQA Superintendent for resolution</li> <li>Be aware & proactive on shift metric reporting, understanding report outs & working on plans for improvement. </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Quality Control</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee core FSQA functions for all process steps while working closely with production to help monitor and resolve any issues. This includes portioning, meal bagging, final box verification, etc.</li> <li>Support communications with Production Management regarding any process that does not meet the standard requirements, and work together with necessary parties (e.g., Production Management, Production Team Leads, Production Associates, Maintenance, Warehouse, FSQA Managers and FSQA and Sanitation Associates) to resolve issues</li> <li>Conduct GMP audits and notify production management of violations; work with Production to resolve any issue</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Food Safety</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks as assigned by FSQA Superintendent and/or FSQA Leadership including, but not limited to: GMP Audits, Metal Detection Verification, Environmental Monitoring Swabbing, Lab Equipment Calibrations, Chemical Titrations, Pre-Shipment Review, Hold Management, and Start of Line and Pre-Operational Inspections. </li> <li>Hold team members and cross-functional partners accountable to Home Chef’s food safety expectations </li> <li>Perform Food Safety record verifications including bu
