Type: Per Diem
Anticipated Schedule: per diem minimum requirements 2 shifts per month, one must be a night or weekend shift, one holiday per year minimum

As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) with Tri-Cities Chaplaincy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality hospice care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your responsibilities encompass providing skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life challenges. You will work collaboratively with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care and comfort during their journey.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Moderate computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position is designated as safety-sensitive and will require pre-employment drug testing, which includes cannabis testing in WA State.
PER DIEM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Available to work two (2) shifts per month.
- Available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work two (2) holidays per twelve (12) month period.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Compensation
Starting Range: $35.50/hour - $55.00/hour
Pay Range: $35.50/hour - $73.81/hour
Premiums:
· $2.00/hour Per Diem
· $2.50/hour Weeknight
· $2.25/hour Weekday
· $4.75/hour Weekend Night
· $4.00/hour On Call Standby

AGENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate support and adherence to the agency’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Responsible for knowledge and compliance with agency policies, procedures, and practices.
- Responsible for maintaining and protecting Patient and agency information in a confidential manner. Practice appropriate HIPAA confidentiality by accessing patient-related information on a “need to know” basis only.
- Reliable personal transportation, current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
- Satisfaction with state and agency requirements for Tuberculin testing
- Hepatitis B immunization series, proof of series, or signed declination.
- Proof of applicable Vaccination(s) on file or approved accommodation/declination as appropriate on file.
- Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/B
