Summary of Job Duties:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Patient Educator to join our team at the Pine Bluff Family Medicine Clinic. This role focuses on promoting screenings, early identification, and clinical navigation for the health and development of children from prenatal through five years of age. The Nurse Patient Educator will be responsible for conducting educational sessions with families to provide information on child health and development. They will also coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate appropriate screenings and follow-up care. Additionally, the role involves developing educational materials and resources to support families in understanding and managing their children's health needs.
