Seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our team~
As a Warehouse Manager with Applied Fluid Power/an Applied Industrial Technologies company, you will lead and perform a variety of supervisory
duties; maintain receiving, warehousing, distribution, and operations by
initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and manage 12-14 warehouse staff.
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, cycle counts and
    assistance with the inventory reconciliation process.
  • Maintains high customer service levels by managing and scheduling
    warehouse operations to meet customer requirements.
  • Implement effective coaching and training of warehouse staff while ensuring accountability.  


We seek:

  • Experience in a Warehouse environment required, in a Supervisory/Management role, overseeing a team of 12-14 warehouse personnel.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong background with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes preferred.
  • Forklift instruction/certification and safety/security compliance experience required.
  • Shipping and receiving work experience preferred. Familiarity with UPS & FedEx highly desired.
