Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the provision of nutrition services at Kobacker House. This includes preparation and delivery of patient meals in the in-patient unit and cleanliness/sanitation/ organization of all kitchens within Kobacker House. Ensures adherence to state regulatory and hospice standards, policies and procedures. Is responsible for ordering, stocking, and organization of medical supplies for the in-patient unit and home-care; and filling-out and following-up on work-orders to Facilities Engineering for Kobacker House repairs. Also monitors liquid oxygen supply and compressed oxygen for backup system.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)safe and sanitary food handling techniques. Comfort with Kobacker House environment, hospice philosophy and goals. Previous cooking Experience within a group or family setting.
