Immigration Legal Assistant

Our partner is seeking an Immigration Legal Assistant in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare immigrant and nonimmigrant petition filings, responses to government agencies, and other immigration-related legal matters.
• Manage candidate communication during the pre-deployment process, including drafting offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other necessary communication.
• Work directly with candidates to gather and prepare case documentation and evidence.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets compiling data.
• Regularly work in and master eimmigration software.

Requirements

• Associate degree completion and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree and related experience are a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of legal language and principles.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
