Requirements

Sales Execution:

• Area Managers will have their own sales targets to show the team how it’s done and help us reach our goals!
• Mentor & shadow with new hires to get them up to speed and start making money!
• Create a competitive and results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to reach their full potential.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to your Regional Director.

Leads Management:

• Assign leads to reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, optimizing the chances of conversion.
• Coach and lead your reps on effective lead generation strategies.
• Regularly review and update our lead database (Spotio) to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze lead data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work locally in Utah as this position is in state.
