Position Summary
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist plays an important role in supporting and impacting the business across digital marketing channels: website, email, marketing automations and paid media. This role will collaborate with multiple team members across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role has strong working proficiency in the following areas: email marketing, list and form management, marketing automation, paid social campaigns execution, website content management, SEO and SEM strategy and execution, web design/ functionality, content analysis, metadata, content taxonomy, campaign tracking and demonstrated experience in providing data analysis and insights on campaign performance.Qualifications
Job Description Summary
Website Responsibilities
• Manage content on company website, including creating new pages, updates, etc. using Sitecore content management system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize user-friendly web pages in Sitecore, including asset management, for campaign and overall web priorities
• Provide analysis on website performance, manage and execute on enterprise SEO strategy and bring key insights to help shape the future of web experience by building consistency across the website
• Participate in ongoing web enhancements projects to improve UI/UX
• Create tracking URLs to maintain consistency within reporting tools
• Maintain digital, technology, and analytics process documentation
• Monitor SEO rankings for identified keywords and collaborate with content marketers to execute on keyword strategy.
Email & Marketing Automation Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a centralized email calendar, execute email campaigns and A/B testing, ensuring campaign accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to email best practices
• Coordinate all aspects of email campaign planning and deployment for promotional,
auto-response and transactional messages
• Become enterprise email and marketing automation expert by monitoring trends and best practices and bringing those to respective marketers
• Knowledge around US CAN-SPAM compliance, GDPR and other relevant privacy laws that govern email and personal information
• QA test emails across all devices, coordinate feedback and approvals of final drafts
• Review and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns through reporting
• Align and communicate with the internal stakeholders on upcoming e-mail suppressions/segmentations for appropriate segmentation
• Identify new innovative ways to drive customer engagement and optimization using dynamic content, A/B testing and other CRM marketing best practices to improve campaign performance
• Ongoing maintenance of Pardot to ensure the platform reflects the latest data, automation rules, engagement programs, updating form handlers, lead routing, templates, etc.
Data & Analytics:
• Collaborate with enterprise marketing team members to gather required data for building Monthly Marketing Scorecard
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform dashboards and serve as SME for metrics and performance
• Identify opportunities to automate data flow between tools and systems where appropriate
Paid Media
• Collaborate with program campaign manager to deploy paid social campaigns for LinkedIn and X and maintain a centralized paid social calendar and communicate regular status updates.
• Monitor success of paid social campaigns and report back to industry marketers on performance and optimization recommendations
• Monitor campaign engagement and triage comments to internal stakeholders
