As part of our European Operations team, you’ll be empowered to achieve individual and team sales targets, all while enjoying a competitive starting salary and a rewarding commission-based scheme.

·        Starting basic salary from €33,320 +a monthly commission averaging €500 (subject to individual performance)

·        Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Induction & Training:

You will receive hands- on training in modern sales techniques and tools. You will learn to understand customer needs and offer solutions to add real value. You will learn to use Sales Force to track and manage follow- ups.

The onboarding training will be provided by our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role, this will include time in our Tunbridge Wells, UK site so you will need to be able to travel to the UK.
