Senior Research Executive

<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>ABOUT THIS JOB </strong><br/> NielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights, thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps Clients to understand consumers and shoppers via market research. </p><p>As a Senior Consumer Insights Executive your primary responsibility will be servicing of existing client portfolio and business development through assessing opportunities for business growth. This is an exciting career opportunity with key focus on growing the consumer insights business, building strong client relationships and making a positive impact on client organizations from FMCG and other sectors.</p><p><br/> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p><ul><li>Being a contact person for key existing Clients, developing existing and new Client relations to expand the business;</li><li>Prepare proposals to Clients (working out the appropriate research design/methodology to meet client needs) and negotiate them;</li><li>Run end-to-end research projects with the cooperation of team members;</li><li>Presentations to Clients;</li><li>Learn new methodologies (from NielsenIQ learning resources), keeping up to date with the newest solutions for Clients. <br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Market Research/ Consumer Insights;</li><li>Experience in servicing and managing clients;</li><li>Sales drive and proven experience in proposal writing and negotiations;</li><li>Good knowledge of quantitative research methodologies, qualitative is a plus;</li><li>Experience in working with FMCG, Retail Clients will be a plus;</li><li>Knowledge and experience in shopper research will be a plus;</li><li>Strong business acumen, strategic perspective and good knowledge of market dynamics;</li><li>Good organizational skills;</li><li>Fluent English.<br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>Working in a multi-country environment (on local and multicounty projects);</li><li>Ability to develop within expert groups in various products, methodologies and analytical tools;</li><li>Working with innovative and technologically advanced research products;</li><li>Working with top FMCG Clients;</li><li>Access to learning platforms, mentorship programs and educational support to keep developing your skills;</li><li>Employee Assistance Program, Cafeteria package, Private health insurance;</li><li>Participation in the discounted e-carsharing program (GreenGo);</li><li>Flexible sport card, free entry to a gym near to Váci office;</li><li>An extra day off;</li><li>Great team.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About NIQ</strong></p><p>NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, reveals new pathways to growth for retailers and consumer goods manufacturers.
