Voted one of LinkedIn's top 10 Start-Ups*, and recently awarded as being one of the Top 3 FinTechs of 2022, we’re set to become the next leader in the European B2B FinTech industry. <p>Our Talent Acquisition team is actively searching for a <strong>Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.</strong> You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss hire the right talent and in continuing to push for excellence in talent acquisition.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Stakeholder management - </strong>develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and to be able to provide support and guidance on talent acquisition for their roles. </li> <li><strong>Vacancy briefings and design</strong> - participate in collecting requirements for new vacancies, asking insightful and sometimes challenging questions, that will drive all parties into having an aligned understanding on the perfect candidate profile. Support in the creation of comprehensive job descriptions and interview guides.</li> <li><strong>Sourcing, screening &amp; managing candidates  -</strong> identify, attract and engage with exceptional talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management and post-placement, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Process improvement - </strong>deliver reports that provide insights on TA performance and insights. Examine interview and hiring processes, continuously identifying opportunities for experiments and improvements.
