Job Description

• Define and implement the local sales channel strategy across business units, aligned with our global vision

• Assume full country-level responsibility for PT activities, stakeholder management, and budget oversight

• Lead, build, and coach a high-performing sales team while fostering a strong performance culture

• Set and implement high-efficiency sales standards to ensure systematic go-to-market excellence

• Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and customer touchpoints to enhance shopper experience and retail success

• Drive talent development, pricing strategy, digital transformation, and cross-BU efficiency

• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align sales strategy and share best practices

• Act as an escalation point for national customers and collaborate with channel directors on key topics

Qualifications

• Academic background in economics or business (Master's degree or equivalent preferred)

• Fluent English speaker (native level required)

• Deep understanding of the local market and cultural fit

• Over 5 years of leadership experience and 10+ years in sales roles (depending on country maturity)

• Proven ability to steer sales strategies, implement pricing models, and manage large teams and budgets

• Strong stakeholder management, conceptual thinking, and customer focus
