Interim Tax Experienced Senior, Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing

Job Summary:

The Tax Experienced Senior, Resource Solutions Group (RSG) will prepare and review tax returns as well as schedules related to the compliance of tax liabilities. This position works at a variety of clients on a temporary basis.  

Job Duties:

• Prepares tax returns, including research and planning and correspondence for US Federal and International tax compliance and provisions
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports
• Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for State and local tax compliance
• Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting, preferred

Experience:

• Five (5) or more years in International or Domestic Tax Compliance experience, required
• Experience with C Corporations, Sub S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations or Partnerships, required
• Experience with OneSource, Corptax, or other tax compliance software, preferred
• Strong knowledge Federal and State Tax Codes, preferred

Software:

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, required
• OneSource and Corptax, preferred

• Ability to travel minimum of 50% preferred

 

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

California Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Colorado Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Illinois Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Maryland Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Minnesota Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Washington Range:  $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Washington DC Range: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
