Senior Business Analyst

The New Product Introduction department is looking for a passionate Senior Business Analysts who will help us to make a life-changing difference to people living with hearing loss. You will join the leadership group in a team that develops new tools and processes, and improves existing ones to ensure seamless and continuous deliveries of our new products to volume production and global distribution. With your direct reporting line to Senior Director of New Product Introduction, you will play a central role in the projects bridging NPI, IT, and Operations, helping us to understand, estimate and evaluate the impact of process and system improvements on our complex, multi-site setup. Your first long-term assignment would be a global project, in which we would migrate the enterprise label design, management and printing tools to a new environment that would serve as a common labeling platform for our worldwide business.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Analysis of business processes and data flows in PLM and ERP systems supporting the implementation of these processes.
• Mapping and visualization of the as-is state of the existing portfolio of product and regulatory labels.
• Analysis and validation of master data from PLM and ERP systems.
• Designing, mapping and documenting business rules controlling the dynamic delivery of data to printing systems.
• Documenting the requirements and designs according to company quality management systems for new business processes.
• Working directly with internal and external stakeholders to identify and elicit business needs, and requirements.

 

It would be great if:

• you have 3+ years of experience as a business analyst;
• you are fluent in English, enabling you to work effectively in multinational teams on daily basis;
• you know the principles of business process analysis, modeling and creating technical documentation;
• you have knowledge of UML/BPMN notation, MS Visio, MS Excel and PowerBI tools;
• you have higher technical education, preferably in IT or manufacturing management-related domain;
• you have strong analytical skills, agile mindset and you are a team player.

Your ability to analyze data using SQL, Python or JavaScript would be an advantage.
