The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and curious Associate Project Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do:
Perform daily project management activities: meeting planning, setting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, tracking and follow up of action items and decisions, document management, ensuring overall team organization
Timeline management: assist Project Managers and/or Project Team leads with timeline updates and communication to appropriate stakeholders.
Team support: work closely with Project Managers and/or Project Team Leads to keep project teams on track.
Assist with development and testing of best practices within the Project Management Organization: software, organizational tools, document management.
Provide project management support for small to medium scope projects such as process development studies, feasibility studies, resupplies of manufacturing runs, and Phase I clinical process development and manufacturing programs
Assist Project Managers on large scope projects such as biosimilar development and commercial process development
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering or related field
Minimum of 1 year of previous project management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with MS Office tools
Knowledge and understanding of GMP processes a plus
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet a plus
Biologics contract manufacturing organization (CMO) experience a plus
Proven record of implementing biopharmaceutical project management tools, methodologies, practices, and infrastructure a plus
Excellent organizational, relationship, and communication skills both verbally and in writing, able to share complex ideas in a simple, relatable way.
