Role: Financial Creative Resource Manager

About the role:
The Financial Creative Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and strong interpersonal skills. This person ensures our CRM projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet the highest quality standards, while driving business growth.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Use time management skills to track progress, manage risks, and address issues for successful and timely project completion.
- Facilitate communication among teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Report project outcomes, successes, and lessons learned to senior management.
- Mentor and guide teams to produce high-quality creative content.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Five to seven years of experience as a project manager, preferably for an ad agency focused on CRM or a related field.
- Broad understanding of advertising and marketing, from generating an immediate impact to providing an entire customer journey.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a successful track record of leading project teams.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates agility when priorities shift with partners.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks.
- Adept problem-solver; able to make decisions under pressure.
- Experienced in client-facing roles, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Comfortable presenting updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal); able to articulate complex ideas.
- Expertise in a project management system (Workfront preferred) and MS Office.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $72,250.00 to $80,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
