Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Client Engagement Studio Marketing Content Strategist to join our West Region Client Engagement Studio. This position can be fully remote or on-site/hybrid at one of Haworth's locations.

 

As a Client Engagement Studio Marketing Content Strategist, you will:

Develop, oversee, and execute a strategy for Client Engagement Studio (CES) client accounts, projects, and engagements. Advise and collaborate with sales team members early in the sales process to create the most robust content engagement strategy to support deliverables. Set the direction for the team and deliverables, building a strong narrative around the sales strategy so the storyline comes to life and resonates with the client. Ask questions, proposes ideas, problem-solves, and shares examples to encourage constructive dialogue and elevate the outcome. Delegate tasks and act as an advisor to ensure that content aligns with both client and Haworth's brand and values. Build high-level consensus across the CES and organization to agree on proposed customer solutions and enhance the client experience at all touchpoints. 

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, literature, design, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 8 years of experience in a marketing and sales environment
  • 4 years of experience responding to customer requests for proposals, qualifications, and information (RFP, RFQ, RFI's).
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours when needed.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Do you have these preferred qualifications?

  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or design industry
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent PC and keyboard/mouse skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (PDF and InDesign), content management systems, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge.
  • High level of professionalism and attitude.
  • Must be team player with ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work as required to complete deliverables and willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get job done on time with utmost quality.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently receive and respond to coaching.
