Role Summary/Purpose:
The MarTech Agile Solution Leader is responsible for driving the execution of MarTech / AdTech initiatives across Agile Trains. This position will be directly responsible for strategic and tactical delivery leadership of the MarTech /Adtech integration and commercial outcomes in alignment for our strategic initiative, Accelerating Consumer Engagement (ACE) and broader consumer engagement commercial goals including long term planning, design, build, launch and customer adoption.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provide strategic & tactical program leadership to 14+ MarTech Agile teams across multiple capabilities including optimization of a ~$15MM budget related to the build and delivery of these strategic capabilities including delivering against our Accelerating Consumer Engagement (ACE) strategic imperative.
Provide oversight for Agile Release Train duties such as setting Epics, participating in ART ceremonies, project budget, NPI participation and various ART ceremonies.
Partner with Consumer Engagement leadership, Performance Marketing leadership, Train leaders, Solution leaders, Tech/Ops, Credit/Fraud, Platform Managers and various department liaisons and external sources to determine the optimal resource deployment to increase consumer engagement to drive new accounts, incremental sales, long term value, and NPS.
Responsible for partnering the Train leaders to coordinate the Agile Train Prioritization Process in partnership with the Product Manager(s) and directly lead the PI Planning process
Establish, measure and report on key Authentication KPIs in partnership with the Operations, IT and Analytics teams
Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders to identify emerging technologies and integrate winning consumer concepts, inclusive of measurement via Addressable Opportunity metrics
Partner with Growth leadership & Tech Ops to provide updates to Steering Committee, Client Marketing teams, key clients and ELT QRR meetings.
Guide, mentor, and develop a team of highly motivated and skilled Train leaders and Product Managers.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a degree, High School diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience in Financial Services and Marketing technology
9+ years of experience in implementing and integrating Marketing and advertising technologies in a scaled Agile large solutions environment
Minimum of 6 years of Scaled Agile experience with 5 years of direct team leadership in Agile framework
Experience with Agile software development framework, acting in the Product Manager or Train leader role
Experience working with technical teams and/or guiding the integration and implementation of Marketing technology products and platforms
Desired Characteristics:
Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) enterprise leadership professional
Experience in the consumer financial services including credit cards and installment loans
Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment
High energy, self-motivated, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Grade/Level: 15
The salary range for this position is 200,000.00 - 330,000.00 USD Annual. This position is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan target of 25% of salary and an Annual Equity target of 25% of salary.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
