Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extensive knowledge and skill using automation systems and processes, computer applications, principles, and techniques as they relate to the administrative business; 2) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity; 3) Developing new or modified work methods, management processes and program administrative procedures. 4) Ability to develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques.
