Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Data Usage Process Specialist will be responsible for Data Usage L3 Process enhancements & maintenance, ensure adherence to Data Usage process standards as applicable, respond to various audit & compliance requests for Data Usage process review or control evidence.
The individual will collaborate with Business and IT Leaders, other Data Management process owners, platform admins and technology operations teams, external suppliers and other stakeholders in the development and integration of the Data Usage process and the Data Usage Standard across the Data & Analytics organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Data Usage Process is executed and maintained according to relevant Policies, Standards, and Procedures and support the day-to-day operations that are fundamental to process execution
Monitor and manage risk associated with process activities and identify and support implementation of actions to address process and control deficiencies
Participate in implementation of changes to process, including process enhancements as well as other enterprise changes resulting from new products or services, or other strategic initiatives
Keep process documentation current and complete including policy, procedures, job aids, process maps
Participate in technical requirements and testing support for system changes and process automation as required, collaborate with appropriate technology teams to refresh Business Continuity plans, support Information Lifecycle Management activities
Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) refresh cycle, including Risk Assessment Questionnaire (“RAQ”), Process Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“PRCSA”)
Participate in establishment of controls to mitigate compliance and operational risks of the L3 process, including the impact and scope of those risks, across all RCSA risk categories.
Support adoption of new 1LOD and 2LOD standards related to issues, remediation, change governance, ensure timely identification and remediation of issues and risk acceptances, and escalate emerging risks as required
Maintain reporting and other data analytics for process defects, alerts and insights, as well as other control evidence of control effectiveness to support Surveillance requests
Participate in all 1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD interactions and engagements as required
