Store Systems Analyst - Dining

The Store Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Store Operations on back-office systems training and use as needed. Will work with store personnel to verify systems are configured as required to streamline operations and maximize profit. This requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of store operations and store systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and Configuration for Conversions to:
• Data Central
• POS (TCPOS)
• JDA WFM
• SAP CAR / S4HANA
• Platform/Store Conversion Duties to include:
• Assist staff and management training prior
• Provide onsite go live support at conversion
• Provide ongoing / post-conversion support
• Assist Data Central administration and operations
• Assist with researching and developing critical paths for projects
• Develop creative solutions for process gaps
• Attend all required internal project meetings

Technology Implementation & Enhancements

• TCPOS:
• Assist with discovery, database build, staff training, go live support
• JDA WFM:
• Assist the discovery, roll-out and implementation
• SAP CAR / S4HANA:
• Assist with discovery, implementation, roll-out and continued support
