At PwC, our people in corporate affairs and communications are responsible for managing and coordinating the organisation's internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation. They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organisation's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public.Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.
Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. You create a healthy working environment while maximising client satisfaction. You cultivate the potential in others and actively team across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs, and leveraging our collective strength.

The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate Affairs and Communication team you will lead the firm’s employee engagement strategy while overseeing communications that shape the day-to-day experience of our people. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and foster an inclusive environment that cultivates talent and enhances employee engagement. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the firm’s culture and communication practices, making sure that every voice is heard and valued.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years or more of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or people/talent communications
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in English Literature, Journalism, Business Communications preferred
- Demonstrating exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Engaging with People and HR teams on inclusion strategies
- Managing project management and operational planning skills
- Achieving success managing cross-functional initiatives
- Developing and managing editorial calendars and campaign cadences
- Enabling inclusive leadership style and emotional intelligence
- Driving engagement around employee milestones and cultural moments
- Elevating communication formats, channels, and engagement touchpoints
