We are seeking Software Engineers to support mission-critical initiatives for Army National Guard programs. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and secure system integration across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise IT environments, understands federal security compliance frameworks, and can deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise IT environments, understands federal security compliance frameworks, and can deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Develop integrations with enterprise and legacy systems via APIs and data connectors
- Implement role-based access controls, encryption, and data protection aligned with DoD RMF and CUI requirements
- Conduct unit, functional, regression, and security testing
- Ensure compliance with STIG and IAVM requirements across releases
- Maintain and update systems to ensure continuous operational availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments
- Experience delivering enterprise applications or automation solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications related to APIs, platforms, or cloud technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or similar security certification
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as:
- IPPS-A
- SMMS
- RCAS
- Vantage
- ADVANA
