Bilingual Sales & Project coordinator - Advertising industry

In this role, you will receive a portfolio of existing major key accounts and will insure a qualitative partnership, always on the look out for a tailor made service.

You will insure the advertisement campaign projects of your clients from A to Z, working both with the clients and with the different internal departments to make it happen!

Within the creative team, a new opportunity has just opened: a role combining the management of partnerships with (inter)national clients, overseeing campaign projects from start to finish, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Description

• You are the main point of contact for national clients and their campaign projects
• You work internally with the different departments to manage projects from A to Z: from briefings with clients to making offers and insuring a complete follow up, you make it happen
• You proactively keep contact with your clients to build a real partnership
• You think of out of the box solutions in this creative cell

• You speak fluently French and Dutch
• You have experience in managing/coordinating projects from A to Z, working with clients - internships can be considered if relevant
• Administration does not scare you
• You are driven, a people person, organised and rigorous, and like to think outside of the bo
