Responsibilities

• Lead public relations strategies to gain exposure for new features and product launches.

• Help amplify Listella’s presence on multiple social media channels, write press releases, media alerts and other public relations needs.

• Support media relations and influencer engagement efforts for Listella.

• Monitor landscape for trending content, social and PR strategies that can drive the business in new and innovative ways.

• Develop public-facing crisis communications when needed.

• Provide inputs to growth to cultivate and build upon creative ideas.

• Report on campaign/project metrics and analyze results to provide valuable insights for future strategies.

• Support other Marketing functions as needed; assist leadership with various special projects or other duties as assigned according to business need.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of Public Relations experience in real estate pr, sales, marketing, .

• Proactive self-starter who drives work forward and identifies creative solutions.

• Passionate about real estate, bringing a unique personal and professional perspective.

• Able to allocate resources in the most efficient way and get things done under time pressure with high attention to details.

• A strategic mindset and passion for disruptive thinking, creativity and fresh ideas.

• Ability to perform in a fast paced and interactive process under minimal supervision.
• Real Estate sales and marketing experience
