At Verkada, our decentralized recruiting approach means you'll be immersed in the Product team and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will gain a deep understanding of the team dynamics and develop expertise in the market for PM.</p> <p>This role demands a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of specialized product talent. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the Product organization. This role will report to our Recruiting Manager and is based on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo, CA.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates</li> <li>Partner closely with the Product leadership team.
