The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Systems Administrator to join the Space and Intelligence Program Team in Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Employ best practices when implementing security requirements within an information system including software engineering methodologies, system/security engineering principles, secure design, secure architecture, and secure coding techniques
Work directly with programs to ensure Information Technology (IT) infrastructure solutions meet the program requirements and schedules in a lab environment
Provide comprehensive end-to-end computing support in closed environments from desktops to servers
Provide broad range of systems and application support
Prepare release planning for software and hardware across the system, including patch management
Administer user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet security requirements
Develop, design, integrate and maintain all computer applications
Evaluate complex system's production readiness and supportability
Perform the restoration of routine to complex computing service operations
Integrate security solutions into information systems
Protect classified and proprietary information
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/Sensitive Compartment Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience administering user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet network security requirements
5+ years of experience with operating system (Windows and/or Linux) installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting
5+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 - 2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
Experience working on classified networks
Active Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph
Active Security+ or the ability to obtain the certification within 6 months of your start date
Able to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliant
5+ years of experience designing & implementing IT Security Systems
5+ years of experience with Linux Systems Administration
5+ years of experience with hands on support with IT Hardware such as familiar with setting up, configuring, modifying and trouble
