We are seeking an experienced R&D Senior Programs Manager to spearhead our innovative projects in advanced technologies such as AI, Robotics, and Data Analytics, as well as in emerging sectors like Fintech, Smart Energy, and Circular Economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and management of EU R&D proposals under the EU HORIZON program, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to develop compelling R&D proposals.
• Manage the dissemination and exploitation of R&D results.
• Develop and implement innovation strategies for public and private sector clients.
• Drive idea and product development within the specified technology domains.
• Contribute to overall company direction in product development and research initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in successfully preparing and implementing EU R&D programs.
• Education: Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MSc) in Engineering, Science, Business, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong ability to leverage innovation for business opportunities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art technologies.
• Character: Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
