We are seeking a talented Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join our Growth Team and contribute to the development of innovative features. This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

Innovate & Collaborate: Partner with our Design, Analytics and Product Teams to design, implement and maintain cutting-edge features that define the future of our app

Optimize User Experience: Dive into extensive A/B testing to fine-tune user interactions and elevate key performance metrics

Drive Growth Initiatives: Proactively engage in the ideation and development of growth initiatives, ensuring each feature meets our business objectives and user needs

Strategic Insight: Understand the business model, user behavior and our growth mechanics. Leverage data to inform decision-making and develop improvement strategies

Mentor and Support: Guide junior developers, foster a collaborative environment and share your expertise to elevate the entire team’s skillset

Modern iOS Development: Write and maintain the iOS codebase using the latest Swift features, such as Swift Concurrency and macros. Lead the transition from UIKit to SwiftUI, setting new standards for our mobile applications

Collaborative Coding: Learn Kotlin for developing features in our shared business logic (Kotlin Multiplatform). Work closely with fellow mobile engineers to share iOS insights and facilitate the migration of Swift code to Kotlin

Your Profile

High-Quality Code: Deliver meticulously structured, high-quality code with great attention to detail

Lifelong Learner: Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to different programming languages. Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI; knowledge of Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus

Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in collaborative environments, value teamwork and actively engage with the tech community (e.g., KotlinConf, NSSpain)

Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills and 6+ years of mobile development experience

Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and proficient in working in a fully remote environment
