What you’ll do

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and other members of the senior management team. This will involve scheduling appointments and meetings; answering and screening calls; tracking and monitoring business issues; resolving problems that do not require action by the senior management; making travel arrangements; and processing travel and expense reports. The ideal person for this role is someone who is proactive and can anticipate the needs of the business; you are also someone who can multitask and work well under pressure.   

  • Support c-suite and members of the senior management team
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings based on business priorities; Preparing and distributing materials to meeting participants as required; Revising meetings and appointments as needed to avoid scheduling conflicts;
  • Arrange for meeting space, food & beverage service and other items as needed for team meetings and events.
  • Answering and screening calls that ask for access to the R&D, M&A, and Marketing senior executives; redirecting calls to appropriate parties; providing callers with information if possible.
  • Tracking and monitoring pending business issues for follow-up.
  • Making travel plans for executives comprising air travel, hotel accommodations, and other related services.
  • Processing travel and expense reports for executives to ensure compliance with existing company policies.
  • From time to time and only as needed, fill in at the front reception desk. 

Who you are

  • 10+ years of administrative experience supporting Executive level team members          
  • Industry experience/knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace change
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $77,000 - $99,000.
