Salary: $67,000 - $122,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Senior Consumer Product Manager, you will lead the creation and improvement of consumer products, aiming to drive a 20% year-over-year revenue growth. You will act as a change agent, utilizing your merchandising and product background to spearhead innovation and experimentation across various channels. Your work will be vital in helping to continue our pursuit of making products that bring hope to everyone in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product operations, with a strong merchandising or brand growth background.
• You have the ability to manage expectations and work creatively with designers and stakeholders.
• You have experience with products focused on behavior change and a passion to create products centered around our fans.
• You have a proven track record of innovative thinking and the ability to drive change within an organization.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Lead the development of new consumer products by leveraging your creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and refine innovative solutions to customer problems
• Establish and apply filters to evaluate new product ideas, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Act as the company-wide ambassador for collecting, filtering, and championing new product ideas
• Drive continuous improvement and iteration of existing products to enhance fan experience and achieve revenue goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership on product enhancements and potential opportunities
• Increase experimentation within Ramsey Café, Ramsey.com, Amazon, and other sales channels to optimize product performance and customer engagement
• Utilize data and consumer feedback to make informed decisions on product iterations and enhancements
