Job Summary

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their new Outpatient Behavioral Health Care Center located in Hampton, VA. Position Highlights:
● Monday – Friday; 8-5p
● Schedule is flexible- Hybrid options avaiilable
● See new and established patients, majority are adults
● Manage medication dosage, refills, and MyChart messages

Requirements for this position include Virginia-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and a current, unrestricted DEA license. Candidates must have the ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
