Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Java
• Practical experience with production systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
