What You’ll Do

•  Provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and vendors 
•  Monitor entrances, exits, and event grounds 
•  Assist with crowd management and access control 
•  Patrol event areas and parking locations 
•  Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies 
•  Deliver excellent customer service and assist attendees when needed 
•  Enforce event policies and safety procedures 
•  Complete basic incident and activity reports 

What We’re Looking For

•  Reliable, professional, and punctual individuals 
•  Strong communication and observation skills 
•  Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments 
•  Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods 
•  Weekend and evening availability preferred 
•  Previous security or customer service experience is a plus, but not required 
•  Must be able to pass a background check
