Terrazzo/Epoxy Cabosil & Grouting

Position Summary:
Wausau Tile is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Precast Terrazzo/Epoxy Cab-o-siler. This role is responsible for grouting epoxy products using epoxy-based materials. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Handling & Rock Loading:

• Use hand pallet jacks or battery-operated lifts to move ground products to the Cab-o-sil racks.

• •    Patching & Grouting:

• Apply epoxy mix to fill imperfections in epoxy products, ensuring smooth, finished surfaces.
• Unloading & Stagging:
• Move cab-o-sil products to staging areas for stripping and polishing.
• Clean-Up & Maintenance:
• Perform routine clean-up and maintain tools and equipment after each batch.
• Assist in other departmental tasks as needed.
