The Senior Customer Business Partner (SCBP) is a critical member of the team responsible for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the Kimberly-Clark international business with Costco Global. The SCBP will collaborate with cross functional customer team members to better analyze, build, and execute the business plan. Internal to Kimberly-Clark, the SCBP is responsible for supporting key planning processes and engagements for the Costco Global team including Annual Operating Plan and Business Planning Processes, ongoing communications, and others as needed to ensure alignment with BU strategies and adherence with internal planning policies and processes.
In this role you will:
Plan, sell, negotiate, execute and manage the Personal Care business in partnership with Customer in-country teams and internal partners
Collaborate with Customer in-country teams on joint business planning to achieve brand strategies, and serve as liaison between in-country sales teams and Customer central leadership to prioritize joint business opportunities
Assist in-country Kimberly-Clark teams in obtaining knowledge of customer strategies and identify best practices for reapplication
Leverage key systems including Forecast & Trade Promotion Planning, Customer Data, Syndicated Data, and Customer portal/systems to report, assess, plan, & execute
Ensure planning processes internally and with customer are comprehensive and timely, designed to meet and exceed objectives
Bring insights, observations, and thorough business assessment to help guide both strategic and tactical opportunity identification
Play critical role in bringing together cross-functional team including Omnichannel Marketing, Sales Analytics, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Shopper Insights, and Finance together to deliver objectives
Establish and build effective working relationships with internal and external implementors and executors and decision makers
Engage with U.S. Account Managers to jointly drive the Personal Care Kimberly-Clark Costco business.
Coordinate annual Costco Global Summit for all in-country Kimberly-Clark account managers supporting Costco

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in CPG or sales and proficient in analytics/category management, and trade management
Experience presenting to Senior Leaders
