As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

• Partnering with the operations team on day-to-day activities and initiatives
• Providing financial insight to teams in assessing risk and opportunities to achieving the financial commitments, including proactively establishing insightful analytics, and developing the right operational processes that enable groups to “see around the corner” and support cross functional alignment
• Analyzing product costs, and compile outputs and recommendations
• Co-leading the process for quarterly and annual product cost updates
• Co-leading the Agile process and updates
• Supporting the quarterly/annual forecast processes
• Performing month end closing activities and conduct variance analysis as part of the monthly performance review
• Co-leading the WIP jobs monitoring and closing process
• Owning the integration requirements from an operational finance standpoint
• Assisting with inventory and direct material reporting and analytics
• Preparing and present ad-hoc financial presentations for business reviews
• Preparing ad-hoc financial presentations for business reviews and other executive meetings

• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. Computer Skills
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. with advanced Excel skills required
• Knowledge of data warehouse reporting and analysis tools
• Experience with HFM

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
